The Second Annual Festival of Eggs began on April 23, 2011 and was set to last three days. Due to unexpected downtime on the last day, 15 hours worth of data was lost. To allow users to catch the eggs they had lost, a 15-hour period between May 9, 2011 12PM EST and May 10, 2011 3AM EST was established, during which eggs appeared on the site again.
