|Habitat||None - Breedable Only|
Geode Dragons were released alongside Frilled Dragons on the 9th of February 2009. They are an uncommon dragon. Contrary to popular belief, they are not an 'alt' form, but a breedable-only species of dragon. Since "The Change" Geodes are able to breed with rare dragons. Geode eggs can sometimes be mistaken for Stone eggs at a glance, although the Geode egg has a slightly bluer hue than the Stone egg.
Prior to Dimorphism, the only sprite used for Geodes was the one currently used for the male.
Since July 2012, Geodes can also be born from a mating of Geode x any other standard-breedable dragon.

Official Dragon Description Edit
"This egg is heavy and rough, as if it were made out of rock."
"Aww... It's a cute baby dragon. It doesn't move much, and appears to be covered in stone."
"Aww... It's a cute baby dragon. It doesn't move much, and appears to be covered in stone. And look! It's grown its wings! It must be close to maturing. However, the wings look too heavy to fly and are filled with beautiful crystals."
"Geode dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like mineral, as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate."
