Ice Dragons were released alongside Magma and Thunder Dragons on the 22nd of November 2009. They are rare and when united with at least one Magma and Thunder dragon, they have a breed specific action called Summon that unites the forces of all three dragons to make a Guardian of Nature egg.

Together with the Magma and Thunder Dragons they form the "Legendary Trio".

"Ice dragons are fierce predators who hunt using their extremely cold breath. The breath of an ice dragon can freeze its prey solid in seconds. The body of an ice dragon is so cold that icicles will form along its skin no matter the outside temperature."
