Hey guys, I don't know whether this (the title of the page) is fixable or not, but you have the breed's name wrong.
From the artist's DeviantART journal (here): "For some actual news, my life drawing class is amazing but exhausting, and my latest sprite was just released to DC, the Humboldt!"
Thanks

- well i simply went by what the descriptions suggests, it says that they are most commonly called the "gaurdians of nature" so that is what i nammed the article, Votehim 17:37, April 1, 2010 (UTC)
Well, Momo named her sprite the Humboldt, and TJ and everyone's been refering to it as Rugia from day 1 and even up till now. Which is probably why they included the bit about names varying from culture to culture. Rugia is the name for it within the artist/mod/behind the scenes community, and since that name was its first, I think a blurb about the names SHOULD be included in the article. >: 76.115.12.152 23:13, April 2, 2010 (UTC)
Momo here. Are you guys ever going to add the name bit? I'd really appreciate it. >: I'm not sure why nothing's been done yet. Komodo Gallant 18:41, June 10, 2010 (UTC)
- whoops, sorry about that, i'll add that now. Votehim 18:51, June 10, 2010 (UTC)

Guys, please do not edit IRC quotes unless you include brackets. Standard procedure with quotes. SH172 15:54, June 10, 2010 (UTC)
spelling
Edit
Please, do NOT edit the quote or the "humboldt" phrase, humboldt was corected by thier spriter so it is correct. Also, the quote is direct, any spelling misstakes are TJ's and he very rarely misspeaks. That said if this continues to be a problem this page will be locked to editing. Votehim 15:40, July 6, 2010 (UTC)
Made a few changes to the page (not "Humboldt" or IRC Chat quote). I think it reads better now. BloodVeil 00:55, July 12, 2010 (UTC)
If you guys are happy with the way the Page reads now....maybe you should LOCK it. Tho I have a suspicion that that there will be an addition in the future based on the nature of this dragon. BloodVeil 00:58, July 12, 2010 (UTC)
Breedable?
Edit
Can these dragons breed another Guardian of Nature dragon or are they non- or rare-breeders? thanks!

Er, name issue
Edit
I like how you have the multiple names its been called, but we didn't call it Lugia, we called it Rugia while it was in development. It's an Engrish-styled poke at "Lugia" when said in Japanese, and comes to us courtesy of Momo's sense of humor. I think TJ initially called it Lugia when he suggested the dragon (it was his idea), but the Engrish name ended up being what it was called exclusively before release. Thaaaanks. I'd just edit it myself but I break wiki pages when I even try to edit. Haha. Marrionetta 18:19, April 21, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for telling us, i had thought that it was supposed to me rugia, but there wasn't a way to tell. Votehim 18:46, April 21, 2011 (UTC)
- So I was right! I put the name Rugia at first (http://dragcave.wikia.com/index.php?title=Guardians_of_Nature&action=historysubmit&diff=16852&oldid=15938) but an user modified it (http://dragcave.wikia.com/index.php?title=Guardians_of_Nature&action=historysubmit&diff=16867&oldid=16852), saying that it was a uncorrect spelling. I didn't fixed it thinking that he/she could know more than me, now I'm happy this will be definitely fixed. Thanks Marrionetta! MisunderstoodDreamer 15:33, April 26, 2011 (UTC)
The only being able summon two GoN is wrong. I lost one of my GoN eggs and for a while it did come up with the ( you can only obtain 1 egg from this action). After the code was circled back into the system it told me I could obtain 2 eggs from this action. So it is still possible to obtain 2 of them.

Breed Sort By
On some dragon pages, it specifies which name the dragon is under when the scroll is sorted by breed. Is it worth mentioning that Guardian of Nature is sorted as Lugia? 71.231.10.145 05:48, September 26, 2012 (UTC)
