TJ announced on the forums, that:

"Flood control has been increased to 120 seconds between posts, and the forum search function has been disabled. The forums will remain this way until I secure a new host and migrate everything over.

In the mean time, you can search the forums via Google by adding "site:forums.dragcave.net" to the end of your search."
